REFUND POLICY

 

At Mana, we craft functional mushroom chocolat with care. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we maintain a focused and fair approach to refunds and replacements.

 

What We Cover

Delivering the best Mana Moments is our priority and we stand behind the quality of every bar that leaves our facility. If your order arrives melted, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at contact@manaminded.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We will review and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement shipment.

 

What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns or refunds of opened or unopened products simply because you did not enjoy the taste or effects.
  • Returns of products that have left our control for any reason other than a verified quality or shipping failure.
  • Refunds on orders associated with a chargeback.

Due to strict quality and food-safety standards, we cannot accept returned chocolat for resale.

 

Package Protection (Recommended)

Chocolat is sensitive to heat. We strongly recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection at checkout. This optional coverage protects against:

  • Melting in transit
  • Damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Packages marked “Return to Sender”

 

If a covered issue occurs, you file a claim directly with SavedBy. They handle resolution (replacement or refund) so you are protected without delay. Protection fees are non-refundable.

 

Subscriptions

Already-shipped subscription orders follow this Refund Policy. To pause, skip, or cancel future shipments, manage your subscription in your account or email contact@manaminded.com. See our Subscription Policy for full details.

 

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
