About Mana

Mana Chocolat Magique is functional mushroom chocolat:real chocolat bars made as dietary supplements. Each bar pairs carefullysourced cacao with a targeted functional blend — Focus, Uplift, or Serene — inDark, Milk, or Ivory.

Ordinary chocolat is made to taste good while offering no functional benefits. Mana is made to do both: taste like serious chocolat and deliver functional ingredients at disclosed amounts. We start with real cacao beans, sweeten without refined white sugar, skip the emulsifiers, and put every functional dose on the Supplement Facts panel. You choose how you want to feel, then how you want it to taste.

Functional chocolat is chocolat formulated for a specific purpose — mental clarity, energy and endurance, or mood and stress support — using ingredients transparently listed on the label. Mana bars are dietary supplements, not conventional candy with a wellness story added after the fact.

Yes. We start with whole cacao beans and make the chocolat from there, rather than melting down bulk chocolat or couverture. The cacao is sourced from farms we can name and trace, then crafted into the bar you eat.

Mana is made in Portland, Oregon.

Chocolat is the French spelling. We use it on purpose. It signals the craft and care that went into building Mana — the way the bar is made and the standard we hold the ingredients to — rather than mass-market candy.

It means you can see the exact milligram amount of each functional ingredient on the Supplement Facts panel. A serving is two squares. There is no locked box and no “blend total” standing in for the individual doses.

No. We group ingredients under a blend name for clarity — Focus Blend, Uplift Blend, or Serene Blend — but every ingredient in that blend is listed with its own amount. We do not hide doses behind a single proprietary-blend number.

We do not use refined white cane or beet sugar. Dark and Milk bars are sweetened with coconut sugar. Ivory bars are sweetened with maple sugar.

Mana chocolats are dietary supplements. They are formulated with targeted functional mushroom and nootropic blends and are labeled and regulated as dietary supplements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. While they are crafted as premium chocolat and deliver an exceptional taste experience, they are intended to supplement the diet and support specific wellness goals (Focus, Uplift, or Serene). Please follow the recommended serving of two squares.

Products and Benefits

Focus is designed for mental clarity and everyday cognitive support. The blend includes Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Rhodiola rosea, Cordyceps, and hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Choose Focus when you want a sharper, calmer kind of attention — not a jittery one.

Serene is designed for mood and stress support. The blend includes ashwagandha, Reishi, L-theanine, Alpha-GPC, and magnesium citrate. Choose Serene when you want to take the edge off without turning the rest of the day off.

Uplift is designed for energy and endurance. The blend includes creatine monohydrate, CoQ10, beta-alanine, Cordyceps, and Panax ginseng. Choose Uplift when you want a lift that is not built on caffeine.

Start with how you want to feel, then choose how you want it to taste. Focus for mental clarity. Uplift for energy and endurance. Serene for mood and stress support. Each formula comes in Dark, Milk, and Ivory. If you are new to Mana, pick the function you need most often and the chocolat style you already like.

Yes. Many people use different formulas at different points in the day — for example, Focus in the morning and Serene later on. Stay within the labeled serving of two squares per use for each bar, and pay attention to how you feel. These are dietary supplements, not candy you stack without thinking.

Yes. You can use Focus, Uplift, and Serene in the same day. Do not treat that as a reason to exceed the labeled serving of any one bar. If you take more than one formula, you will overlap certain ingredients — Cordyceps appears in both Focus and Uplift; Reishi appears in both Focus and Serene. That overlap is modest at labeled servings, but it is still worth knowing.

Most people take Focus in the morning or before work that asks for attention. Because Rhodiola can feel activating for some people, it is usually a better daytime bar than a late-evening one.

Serene fits the afternoon slump, the commute home, or the first part of the evening — whenever you want to come down a gear. It is not a sleep aid and is not formulated to make you drowsy.

Take Uplift before you need energy or endurance — a workout, a long stretch of the day, or any time you want a lift without caffeine. It is a daytime bar.

It depends on the formula and on you. Some people notice L-theanine or magnesium the same day they take Serene. Ingredients such as Lion’s Mane, ashwagandha, creatine, and the mushroom blends are more often felt with consistent use over days and weeks. Mana is not a switch you flip. Give it a fair trial and pay attention to your own response.

For many of the ingredients we use, yes. Creatine, Lion’s Mane, ashwagandha, and the adaptogenic mushrooms are commonly studied with regular use, not a single serving. A labeled serving used consistently will tell you more than an occasional square.

No. Body weight, sleep, caffeine intake, medications, and simple individual differences all change how a formula feels. Two people can take the same bar and describe it differently. That is normal.

No. Serene is not formulated to induce sleep or drowsiness. It is designed to support a sense ofcalm, mental clarity, and everyday mood balance. The blend (includingL-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Reishi, and Magnesium) is selected to promote asettled, grounded state without the sedative effects associated with sleepaids. Individual responses can vary, so we recommend starting with thesuggested serving of two squares and noticing how it feels for you.

No added caffeine. Uplift is formulated for clean, caffeine-free cellular energy. Any caffeine present comes only from the natural cacao in the chocolate itself. The energy and endurance support comes from the functional blend of Creatine, Cordyceps, Panax Ginseng, Beta-Alanine, and CoQ10—designed for active, motivated moments without the jitters or crash associated with caffeine.

Focus does not contain caffeine. It is not a stimulant pre-workout. Rhodiola can feel mildly activating for some people, which is why we suggest it earlier in the day. If you are sensitive to adaptogens, start with the labeled serving and see how you respond.

No. Mana is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for medication or care from a qualified professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk with your healthcare provider before use.

Servings and Usage

The labeled serving is two squares (15g). Directions on every bar are the same: adults take two squares per use.

Each bar contains eight squares.

Four. Two squares make one serving, so one 2.12 oz (60g) bar is four servings.

You can eat the chocolat. You should not treat a whole bar as one serving. Eating all eight squares is four labeled servings and four times the functional ingredients. Stay with two squares per use unless your healthcare provider tells you otherwise.

Mana can be taken on its own or with food. If you have a sensitive stomach, enjoy it with a meal or snack. It does not need to be taken on an empty stomach.

You can. If you are new to functional mushrooms or adaptogens, start with one square, see how you feel, and move to the labeled two-square serving. Most people can begin at the labeled serving.

Use the labeled serving when you want that formula’s support. Many people take one serving of a given formula once a day. Do not graze the bar as if it were ordinary chocolat. It is a dietary supplement with a serving size on the label.

Follow the labeled serving of two squares per use. If you use more than one formula in the same day, keep each one at that labeled serving. Do not stack extra squares of the same bar to “get more.”

Yes. Mana is made for regular use. Several of the ingredients work better when you take them consistently, not only once in a while.

Serene is the better evening choice. Focus and Uplift are daytime bars — Rhodiola and Panax ginseng can feel activating for some people. Dark chocolat also contains a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine and theobromine from cacao, so if you are sensitive to either, keep Dark earlier in the day.

Yes. Keep the bar in a cool, dry place. Chocolat softens and melts in heat, so do not leave it in a hot car or a bag that will sit in the sun. For air travel within the United States, a personal supply in carry-on or checked luggage is generally fine. If you are leaving the country, check that country’s rules for dietary supplements before you pack it.

Mushrooms and Functional Ingredients

Functional mushrooms are edible or traditionally used mushrooms taken for their supportive compounds — not for flavor alone. In Mana, that means Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps militaris. They are not the same thing as culinary button mushrooms, and they are not psychedelic mushrooms.

No. Mana uses Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps militaris only. None of these are psychedelic species.

No. There is no psilocybin in any Mana bar.

No. Mana will not produce a high, a trip, or a hallucinogenic effect. The formulas are dietary supplements built for clarity, energy, or calm — not intoxication.

Full-spectrum, in our formulas, means the line uses both parts of the mushroom — fruiting body and mycelium — rather than a single isolated compound. Lion’s Mane and Reishi are fruiting body. Cordyceps militaris is mycelium. Those parts are the ones named on the Supplement Facts panel.

Because the two parts of the mushroom are not the same. Lion’s Mane and Reishi go into the bar as fruiting body. Cordyceps militaris goes in as mycelium. Using both forms across the line is how we get a broader mushroom profile without pretending every species is produced the same way.

The mushrooms are micronized powders, not extracts. Lion’s Mane and Reishi are fruiting-body powders. Cordyceps militaris is a mycelium powder. The botanicals are extracts: Rhodiola rosea (root) extract, ashwagandha (root) extract, and Panax ginseng (root) extract. That distinction is printed on the label.

Yes. The mushroom ingredients are micronized by our supplier so they disperse evenly through the chocolat. That particle size was a requirement in how we chose the mushrooms — it protects texture and keeps the dose consistent from square to square while also improving bio availability (how well your body absorbs the beneficial compounds)

Beta-glucans are naturally occurring polysaccharides found in the cell walls of mushrooms. They are one of the compound classes people look for when they talk about functional mushrooms. Mana does not print a beta-glucan percentage on the Supplement Facts panel.

All of our functional mushrooms are grown and processed in Southern California by a specialized U.S. grower of full-spectrum mushroom ingredients.

Yes. Our functional mushrooms are sourced from a specialized U.S. grower that verifies identity (including DNA identification of strains), tests for active constituents and potency, and conducts third-party testing for contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides, pathogens, yeast, and mold. Their facility operates under rigorous food-safety standards (BRCGS AA+).

An adaptogen is a plant or mushroom traditionally used to help the body handle stress. In Mana, that includes Reishi, ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Panax ginseng. “Adaptogen” describes a category. It is not a guarantee of a specific result.

A nootropic is an ingredient used to support mental performance — attention, clarity, or the way you work through a task. In Mana, that includes Lion’s Mane, Rhodiola, Alpha-GPC, and L-theanine. As with adaptogens, the word describes a category, not a guaranteed effect.

Each one earns its place against a job in the formula. Lion’s Mane and Rhodiola sit in Focus for mental clarity. Reishi appears in Focus and Serene for its traditional use in balance and stress support. Cordyceps sits in Focus and Uplift for energy. Ashwagandha sits in Serene for mood and stress support. Panax ginseng sits in Uplift for energy and endurance. We use them because they have a long record of use and a body of research — not because they are fashionable.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied ingredients for energy output and endurance. Uplift is built for that job, so creatine belongs there. It is not reserved for a gym bag.

L-theanine is used for calm focus — taking the edge off and preventing over-stimulation from caffeine you may have consumed earlier in the day, but without knocking you out. That is the job Serene is built to do, which is why it sits next to ashwagandha, Reishi, Alpha-GPC, and magnesium.

They are disclosed per serving on the Supplement Facts panel. A serving is two squares. Each bar contains four servings, so a full bar contains four times the amount listed per serving. We do not print a separate per-bar functional total on the front of the package.

Because no single ingredient covers the whole job. Focus, Uplift, and Serene are built as short stacks: a few complementary ingredients at disclosed doses, not one hero compound asked to do everything, and not a long proprietary list with hidden amounts.

Chocolate and Ingredients

The functional blend stays the same. The chocolat changes. Dark is our cacao-forward bar — cacao beans, cacao butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, and sea salt, at 57% cacao. Milk adds milk powder to cacao beans and cacao butter, still sweetened with coconut sugar. Ivory is Mana’s white chocolat: cacao butter and milk powder, without the dark cacao mass, for a creamier bar.

Yes. Focus is Focus in Dark, Milk, or Ivory. The same is true for Uplift and Serene. You are choosing taste, not a different dose.

No. We do not use refined white cane or beet sugar.

Dark and Milk are sweetened with coconut sugar. Ivory is formulated as our maple-sweetened white chocolat.

No. There are no artificial sweeteners in Mana.

No. The fat in Mana is cacao butter, not seed oil. No canola, soybean, sunflower, or other seed oils appear on the ingredient list.

No. Flavor comes from the cacao, the sweetener, vanilla bean powder where it is used, and sea salt. We do not add artificial colors, artificial flavors, or chemical preservatives.

Our Dark chocolat is 57% cacao.

Our cacao beans come from two exceptional partners: Camino Verde in Ecuador and Three Mountains in Ghana.Camino Verde is a specialized fermentary in Ecuador focused on fine Nacional cacao. Using advanced fermentation methods, they develop beans with rich fudgy, almond, and floral notes while supporting local farmers through improved productivity and fair pricing. Three Mountains is a cooperative of over 2,000 farmers located in Ghana’s Mirissa Hills Forest Reserve, next to a UNESCO reforestation area. They practice regenerative agroforestry and produce cacao with notes of brownies, walnut, and candied orange. Both partners are organic-certified and work closely with farming communities to prioritize quality, sustainability, and fair practices.

Milk and Ivory contain milk powder. Dark does not contain dairy as an ingredient. All Mana bars are made in a facility that also processes milk.

Our Dark Uplift and Dark Serene chocolats do not contain animal-derived ingredients. Focus contains hydrolyzed collagen peptides, and our Milk and Ivory versions contain dairy. All products are made in a facility that also processes milk.

Mana does not contain gluten ingredients. It is not certified gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or a medically diagnosed gluten sensitivity, use your own judgment and read the panel.

Mana does not contain soy ingredients, and soy is not listed on our shared-facility statement. We do not print a soy-free certification on the bar.

Mana is not labeled as non-GMO and does not carry a Non-GMO Project verification on the package.

No. Mana is not a certified organic product. Some of our cacao is grown on organic farms, but the finished bar is not certified organic and we do not call it organic.

Nuts are not ingredients in Mana. The bars are made in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. If you have a peanut or tree-nut allergy, read the allergen statement on the back of the bar.

Yes. All Mana chocolats are produced in a facility that also processes milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Please refer to the Supplement Facts panel and allergen statement on each individual product for the most accurate and up-to-date information, as statements can vary slightly by variant.

On the back of each bar. Because Mana is a dietary supplement, the panel is a Supplement Facts panel, not a standard Nutrition Facts panel. It lists the functional amounts, the other ingredients, and the allergen statement. Product pages on manabars.com carry the same information.

Cacao is an agricultural product. Bean origin, harvest, and fermentation shift flavor and color from lot to lot. Coconut sugar, maple sugar, vanilla, and the mushroom powders can do the same. Slight variation is normal in bean-to-bar chocolat. It is not a defect.

Taste and Texture

They should not lead the flavor. The mushrooms are micronized and folded into real chocolat so cacao, sweetener, and vanilla do the talking. In Dark and Milk, cacao covers most of what is left. Ivory is more delicate, so a sensitive palate may notice a faint mushroom note. If you taste dirt, something is wrong — that is not how Mana is built.

Ivory is our white chocolat: cacao butter, milk powder, and maple sugar. Expect a creamy bar with maple warmth rather than a dark cacao bite. It is the softest of the three.

Milk sits between the two. Cacao beans and cacao butter give it a real chocolat flavor; milk powder and coconut sugar round it and keep it from going bitter. It is the familiar milk-chocolat profile, not a sugar bomb.

Dark is the cacao-forward bar: 57% cacao, coconut sugar, vanilla, and sea salt. It tastes like chocolat first — deeper than Milk, not as austere as a very high-cacao bar. The salt is there to finish the square, not to make it savory.

Ivory, then Milk, then Dark. That is the usual order. Sweetness still comes from coconut sugar or maple sugar, not refined white sugar, so none of them eat like supermarket candy.

Dark. It is the only bar built around cacao beans at 57%. Milk has cacao, but milk powder softens it. Ivory has no dark cacao mass, so it does not taste like dark chocolat.

Slightly, and that is why the mushrooms are micronized. The powders are milled fine so they disperse through the chocolat instead of sitting as grit. The bar should still snap and melt like chocolat. You should not feel a sandy or chalky finish.

Because cacao is grown, fermented, and roasted — not manufactured to a single flavor target. Harvest, origin blend, and even the coconut or maple sugar can shift a little from lot to lot. That variation is normal in bean-to-bar chocolat. The functional doses on the panel do not change with the flavor.

Safety

Anyone who is pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; anyone taking medication; anyone with a medical condition; and anyone under 18. Mana is labeled for adults. When in doubt, ask a qualified professional before you use it.

No. Mana is labeled for adults. It is not intended for children. Anyone under 18 should not use it unless a healthcare provider has specifically directed them to.

We do not recommend Mana during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your healthcare provider has told you otherwise. Several ingredients in the line — including ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Panax ginseng — are commonly flagged for caution in those stages. This is not a product to self-prescribe while pregnant or nursing.

Dietary supplements can interact with medications. Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Panax ginseng, L-theanine, magnesium, and creatine are all ingredients a clinician may want to know about. Mana does not replace a conversation with your healthcare provider or pharmacist. If you take prescription medication, ask them before use.

No. Every Mana bar contains functional mushrooms and is labeled with a mushroom allergen statement. Do not use Mana if you are allergic to mushrooms.

Mana is not intoxicating and is not a sleep aid. It should not produce a high or make you drowsy by design. That is not the same as a guarantee you will feel identical to baseline. If you feel off after a serving, do not drive. Learn how you respond before you pair it with anything that requires full attention.

The ingredients in Mana do not appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List or the banned-substance lists of major athletic organizations, including the NCAA. Creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, CoQ10, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Rhodiola, ashwagandha, Panax ginseng, L-theanine, Alpha-GPC, collagen peptides, and magnesium are all permitted. Competitive athletes remain solely responsible for verifying any product with their governing body and for everything they consume. Check GlobalDRO.com. Mana is not Certified for Sport. Athletes who are tested should decide whether they need a product with independent third-party certification for sport.

No. None of the ingredients in Mana are prohibited substances under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List or the banned substance lists of major athletic organizations, including the NCAA.

Our functional ingredients — creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, CoQ10, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Panax ginseng, L-theanine, Alpha-GPC, collagen peptides, and magnesium — are all permitted.

Stop using the product. Contact a healthcare professional. If you believe it is an emergency, seek emergency care. You can also contact us through manabars.com with the lot code from the wrapper so we can look at the batch.

No. Mana is a dietary supplement. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. Our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Yes. All Mana products undergo independent third-party testing, and the results are directly linked to the lot number assigned to each production run.

The Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each production run is posted on our website and can be accessed using the product’s lot number.

Storage and Shelf Life

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun and heat. A pantry or cupboard is the right home. Leave it in its wrapper until you use it. Mana has a two-year shelf life from the date of production.

No. The refrigerator is cold and humid, which is how chocolat picks up condensation and a dull white film. Store it at cool room temperature. If your house is hot enough that the bar would soften on the counter, a short stay in the fridge is better than a melted bar — seal it well and let it come back to room temperature before you open it.

Mana bars have a two-year shelf life from the date of production. For the exact date on your bar, please refer to the best-by date printed on the back panel. For best quality, store in a cool, dry place.

On the back panel of the bar, printed with the lot information. Use that date, not the two-year window in general terms.

That is bloom — fat or sugar rising to the surface — not mold. It usually comes from heat, cooling, or moisture. The bar is still chocolat. The snap and sheen may be off. Flavor is typically fine.

Yes. Bloom is a texture and appearance change. It is not spoilage. If the bar smells off, has been stored wet, or shows anything other than a dry white film, do not eat it and contact us.

Let it sit flat in a cool, dry place until it firms up. Do not refrigerate a warm bar straight from the box — that is a fast way to get bloom. If it arrived as a shapeless mass, or you are not happy with it, contact us with your order number. We will make it right.

Yes, if the wrapper stayed sealed and the bar was not sitting in dirt or water. Lay it flat in a cool room and let it set. The functional ingredients are still in the bar. What you lose is temper: the snap, the shine, and sometimes the way it breaks into squares. That is a quality issue, not a safety issue.

You can freeze it if you need to, but you should not have to. Wrap it tightly so moisture stays out. Thaw it still wrapped, in the refrigerator or at cool room temperature, so condensation forms on the outside of the wrapper rather than on the chocolat. Freezing can still cause bloom. Cool and dry storage is the better habit.

Orders and Shipping

We ship to eligible addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. We may restrict, postpone, or cancel a shipment when temperature, transit time, carrier limits, or local rules make safe delivery impractical.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. Launches, promotions, and high-volume periods can take longer. Processing is not the same thing as delivery.

Delivery time starts when the carrier has the package, not when you place the order. Methods, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout. Those estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can add time.

When the order ships, we email you tracking. Use that link. If tracking has not moved for an extended stretch, write to contact@manaminded.com with your order number.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

It is a mandatory fee that may be added when your destination is hot or the package will spend extra time in transit. Chocolat is heat-sensitive. The fee exists so we can pack and route the order to give it a better chance of arriving as a bar, not a puddle.

Any destination seeing elevated temperatures, or any route that needs extra transit time. It is not a fixed list of states. The fee is applied based on conditions at the time of shipment, including on subscription renewals.

Protective packaging, insulation, cooling materials, and any shipping adjustment we make to shorten time in the heat. It lowers the risk of melting. It cannot guarantee the bar will be untouched if the truck is hot or the box sits outside after delivery.

No. When the fee applies, it is required. Declining it would mean sending chocolat into heat without the packaging built to protect it.

Orders are processed on business days. We may hold a shipment over the weekend when that keeps the package out of a hot truck or a Saturday doorstep. That hold is for the chocolat, not a delay for its own sake.

Watch the tracking and bring the box inside as soon as it arrives. Do not leave it on a porch, in a mailbox, or in a hot car. Store the bars in a cool, dry place. If a bar arrives warm or softened, leave it unopened and let it firm at room temperature — or chill it briefly — before you handle it.

Photograph the box and the bars and email contact@manaminded.com with your order number. We review each claim and may replace the order, issue store credit, or refund it. We are not responsible for heat damage after a successful delivery — a box left outside, a missed delivery, a bad address, or a change you made with the carrier.

Seven days from delivery. After that we cannot reliably tell transit damage from storage damage.

A package the carrier marked delivered is not treated as lost. Check with anyone in the household, neighbors, and the carrier first. If it is still missing, write to contact@manaminded.com with your order number and the tracking number.

Contact us immediately at contact@manaminded.com. We cannot guarantee a change once the order is in processing or has shipped. If the package comes back or goes to the wrong place because the address was wrong, reshipping costs are yours.

Yes, when checkout accepts the address. We ship to eligible U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii often mean longer transit, so the $19.98 warm-weather fee is more likely to apply. We may hold or restrict a shipment if heat or transit time makes safe delivery impractical.

Currently, we do not. We ship within the United States only.

Returns and Satisfaction

We stand behind bars that leave our facility melted, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Email contact@manaminded.com within 7 days of delivery, include your order number and clear photos, and we will review the claim. If it is approved, we refund the original payment method or send a replacement. We do not accept returns because you did not like the taste or the effects. We also cannot take chocolat back for resale.

We do not accept returned chocolat, opened or unopened, for resale. If a bar has a verified quality or shipping problem, you do not need to mail food back to us. Photograph it and write to us within 7 days. Taste preference and “it didn’t do what I hoped” are not quality failures.

Email contact@manaminded.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will replace it or refund it.

Photograph the box and the bars and email contact@manaminded.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We review each claim and may replace the order, refund it, or issue store credit. If you added SavedBy Package Protection at checkout, file that claim with SavedBy as well — they handle covered loss, theft, melting, and damage.

When we approve a refund for a verified shipping or quality failure, the refund goes back to the original payment method and may include shipping. SavedBy Package Protection fees are not refundable. Warm-weather protection is part of getting the bar to you in heat; it is refunded only when we refund the order itself.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We do not refund orders tied to a chargeback.

Sale items follow the same policy as any other bar: melted, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect within 7 days. Not because of taste. Gift cards are not listed as refundable. If a gift-card order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us the same way you would any other order.

Email contact@manaminded.com and include your order number. That is the fastest way to reach us for shipping, refunds, and subscriptions.

Subscriptions

The first subscription order is 25% off. Ongoing renewals are 15% off. That pricing is applied automatically at checkout and on each renewal. Free shipping starts at 6 bars.

On the schedule you choose when you subscribe. Each renewal ships after that order is processed. Processing still takes 1–3 business days once the renewal runs.

Yes. Available frequencies are shown at checkout and can be changed later in your account. Pick the cadence that matches how fast you actually finish a bar — a serving is two squares, and there are four servings in each bar.

Yes. Swap Focus, Uplift, or Serene, and swap Dark, Milk, or Ivory, in your account before the next order is processed. The change applies to future renewals, not to an order already in fulfillment.

Yes. Add or remove bars in your account before the next order is processed. Remember that free shipping starts at 6 bars, and the warm-weather fee is based on destination and conditions at shipment — not on whether you changed quantity.

Yes. Skip the upcoming renewal in your account before it processes. You will not be charged for a skipped shipment. Skipping does not cancel the subscription. The following cycle runs as scheduled.

Yes. Pause in your account when you need a longer break than a single skip. No renewals run while it is paused. Resume when you want deliveries to start again.

Yes. There is no cancellation fee. Cancel in your account or email contact@manaminded.com. An order already processed will still ship; cancellation stops future renewals.

No. You can cancel after the first shipment.

Any changes to your subscription (including skips, product swaps, address updates, pauses, or cancellations) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Changes made after that window may not take effect until the following cycle.

Log into your account on manabars.com, or use the manage-subscription link in your order emails. From there you can change products, quantity, frequency, address, skip, pause, or cancel. Email contact@manaminded.com if you cannot reach the portal.

When each subscription order is processed — first at checkout, then on each renewal date. You will see the charge before the box ships. Update payment, address, and contents before that processing date.

No. Subscriber pricing does not stack with WELCOME20 or other promo codes. One offer per order. If a code does not take, the cart is already using subscriber pricing.

Yes. Free shipping applies to subscription orders of 6 bars or more.

When the destination is hot or the route needs extra transit time. The Warm-Weather Shipping fee can apply to renewals the same way it applies to one-time orders. It is based on conditions at the time of that shipment. However, subscribers pay a discounted warm weather fee.

Automatic savings (25% off the first order, 15% ongoing), free shipping at 6 bars, a free gift with every fifth subscription order, and eligibility for subscriber-only monthly prizes. Skip, pause, and product swaps are included.

Every fifth paid subscription shipment includes a free gift. The first, second, third, and fourth paid shipments count toward the fifth. A skipped shipment does not count as a paid order. The gift ships with that fifth order. We will show progress in your account when the perk is tracked there.

Yes. Active subscribers in good standing are entered each month. The recipient is drawn at random. You do not need to enter separately. We contact the winner at the email on the account.

Pause keeps the subscription and preserves progress toward the fifth-order gift. Cancel ends the subscription. Progress toward the free gift does not carry over if you cancel and start a new one later. Monthly prize eligibility applies only while the subscription is active.

Already-shipped subscription orders follow the same refund policy as any other order. We cover melted, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect bars within 7 days of delivery. Taste and effects are not a reason for a refund. Manage future shipments — skip, pause, or cancel — in your account rather than returning a bar you simply do not want.

Promotions and Rewards

For a one-time first order, enter code WELCOME20 at checkout for 20% off. The code is for first-time customers. Subscriber pricing is separate: the first subscription order is 25% off and ongoing renewals are 15% off, applied automatically at checkout. You do not enter a second code for the subscriber rate.

No. One promo code per order. Subscriber pricing is applied automatically and does not stack with WELCOME20 or other codes. If a code does not take at checkout, the cart is already using the better available offer.

Not yet. Mana gift cards are not sold on the site today. If that changes, they will appear in the shop.

Yes. We’re launching The Inner Circle (or another name to be determined), our loyalty program, and a referral program for members. Details will be available soon — join the waitlist or create an account to be among the first to know.

Active subscribers in good standing are entered for that month’s prize. The recipient is drawn at random from that list. You do not need to do anything extra beyond keeping the subscription active. We will contact the winner using the email on the account. Details of each month’s prize are announced when the drawing is run.

For public giveaways posted on our site or social channels, no purchase is necessary. Official rules for that giveaway will say how to enter without buying. Subscriber-only monthly prizes are different: those are a perk of an active subscription, not a public sweepstakes.

Each public giveaway will link to its official rules on manabars.com at the time it is announced. Those rules control eligibility, how to enter, the prize, the drawing date, and how the winner is notified. If a post and the official rules ever disagree, the official rules win.

Wholesale and Contact

Yes. We work with qualified retailers. Wholesale is a separate account from the consumer shop, with its own minimums and pricing. Email contact@manaminded.com with your store name, website or location, and the lines you want to carry. Do not use a consumer discount code to try to buy wholesale.

Qualified retailers can request a sample review. Email contact@manaminded.com with your store details. Samples are not a consumer perk and are not guaranteed for every inquiry.

Yes, we can discuss corporate gifts and bulk orders case by case. Email contact@manaminded.com with the quantity, date needed, and whether you need custom notes or a mix of Focus, Uplift, and Serene. Warm-weather packing still applies when the destination is hot.

We are not running a public affiliate program on the site today. Creators who already make work around functional chocolat, cacao, or daily rituals can write to contact@manaminded.com with a link to their audience. We review those notes individually.

Email contact@manaminded.com and include your order number for anything about an existing order. That inbox is the right place for shipping, refunds, subscriptions, wholesale, and press. We do not offer walk-in retail at our office.
